For over 20 years, Liberty Temple Chicago has proudly served the southwest side of Chicago with one of the most anticipated community events of the year — our Annual Community Health Fair. This year, we're celebrating 20 years of healthier neighbors with our biggest and most expanded event yet. The Wellness Experience brings together healthcare providers, local organizations, and community partners to connect people of all ages with the tools, information, and support they need to live healthier, stronger lives. Whether you're coming for a health screening, a workshop, or just to connect with your community — there is something here for everyone. And best of all, it's completely FREE to attend.

Vendor Fees

• FREE for nonprofits, churches, healthcare providers, and community resource organizations
• $50 Vendor Fee for for-profit businesses selling products and/or services (includes event marketing and promotional exposure). Vendors please include your Business Name + Health Fair Vendor Fee in the memo section of your payment option below.
